Shipping Process

Once you place your order, it is entered into our system and you will receive a confirmation email.

Order dispatch takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), then please expect an additional period of 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday) until the order reaches you. Once dispatched, you will receive your order tracking information in your inbox. We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Delayed Orders

Sometimes delays can occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events. If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period (3 business days handling time, 8 business days transit time = 11 days). If 11 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service.

Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival

We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that some orders slip through, and we deliver the wrong product to you. We are very sorry for that. If this happens, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving them. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping fee.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within 8 hours from ordering time.
