Initiate returns
Are you unhappy with your order or would you like to exchange your items for something else? You can return it within 30 days without any reason and get your money back.
Please begin the process by contacting our customer support, we will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.
We will provide you with a return address and let you know that you can proceed. You will have to carefully pack your items and send them to us. The items have to be in its original package and in a new-like condition. Do not worry, there is no restocking fee. However you have to cover all the return shipping costs.
Delayed Orders
Sometimes delays can occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events. If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period (3 business days handling time, 8 business days transit time = 11 days). If 11 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that some orders slip through, and we deliver the wrong product to you. We are very sorry for that. If this happens, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving them. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping fee.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within 8 hours from ordering time.
